▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬
Crossover Symmetry Review. This is a training and recovery tool that anchors to a wall, fence, squat rack, pull-up rig, and more. In my opinion it should be on the list for best home gym equipment. It replaces the need for a Freemotion machine and still allows you to do a lot of the same movement. With CS you can do some of the best resistance training workouts and strength training regiments. If you’re looking to get in better shape, sculpt up a little, tone up, whatever, Crossover Symmetry is a great too for you. You can do some of the best back workouts, best chest exercises and workout with this unit, not to mention shoulder exercises. In terms of best workout equipment, I would have CS on that list, especially as it relates to resistance bands and resistance training!
