Here’s what you need: ✔️

100g chicken
1 whole egg
1 carrot
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
Small bunch of coriander
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup of water

Note:

? If your goal is weight loss, use chicken breasts instead.
? Skim off the fat and prepare the soup.
? Pressure cook the ingredients for 20 minutes.

✔️Macros per serving (per bowl)
TOTAL – 300 CAL
Protein – 26g
Fats – 18g
Carbs – 3g
