Butt & Leg Workouts in the Gym!! Day 1

These two ladies are working out hard in the gym to build big round lifted butts and sexy athletic legs. These are some of the best butt and leg exercises you can do. By adding weights it allows you to build you butt more.
This is day 1 of their 2x per week butt and leg workout in the gym.
For this gym workout they start of with high step ups doing as many as they can.
They then do 3 sets of squats; 20 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps. Increasing the weight each set.
Next they do some Smith Rack Lunges one leg at a time staying low to isolate the butt muscles. Do 3 sets of 8-12 reps per leg.
Then they did alternating lunges with the Smith Rack; 3 sets 8-12 reps per leg.
Then they did one leg squats with their back foots on a bench. 3 sets of 10-15 reps per leg.
They then finished the workout by doing 3 sets of a butt isolation machine for 15-20 reps per leg.
Rest 1-2minutes between each set.
