Bowflex Max Trainer: Results After 1 Month!

How many pounds did I lose? How many inches on the chest, thigh, arms and belly are gone? After one month and 12 14-minute Max Interval sessions on the Bowflex M7 MaxTrainer here are my results! I kept my lifestyle the same and just added the Max Trainer! I also saw endurance and body fat gains as well – it was a tough month, but it was certainly worth it.
