2. Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press (Tempo Reps)
a. 8-12×2
b. AMRAPx2 (Partner negative reps)

3. Decline Bench Press/High Cable Fly’s: 10/15×4

4. Tricep Rope Pull-downs: 17×5 (5 of the 12 reps are half reps)
*Rest period is an isometric trip squeeze while partner is going*
