Hope you guys enjoy my tips for staying motivated/positive no matter ur weight/size to workout and eat healthy. Here is the recipe/ macros for the burritos I made, exactly the way I showed you…

38 carbs
18 grams fat
1. Cook turkey bacon, set aside.
2. Scramble 4 whole eggs with 8 egg whites, if you want to reduce fat content per burrito, reduce to maybe 2 eggs or just do pure egg whites.
3. Cook mini potatoes/ cut them up then season with a few avocado oil sprays, salt and pepper, set aside.
4.Dice up half an onion and 2-4 tomatoes, cook onion in a small amount of oil for 2 minutes before adding tomatoes, cook for additional 4 minutes before adding the eggs/seasoning.
5. With heated up tortillas, add 1/4 cup cheese, 1 slice turkey bacon(shredded up), portion the skillet eggs to about 5 equal parts, then add one of those portions to each burrito.
6. Add about 1/4- 1/2 cup potatoes ( depending on how many carbs you wanna load up on)
7. Add salsa ( i forgot to show that) or just some cholula sauce, then VOILA, ROLL UP!!!
Macros will differ, depending on how many eggs you use, how many burritos you roll/ brands of cheese/tortillas, etc.
BTW I ended up rolling about 5 of these if I remember correctly…
