The second annual Arnold Pro Strongman USA Qualifier will be streaming live on Saturday, January 18, 2020, direct from the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles, California. The show will begin at 11:30 AM (PST) with a live episode of the Rogue Iron Game, presenting highlights, updates and interviews from the worlds of Strongman, CrossFit, Weightlifting, and more.

The Arnold Pro Strongman USA Qualifier is part of the Arnold Pro Strongman World Series, and will feature many of the biggest names in international competition, including Brian Shaw, Jerry Pritchett, Jean-Francois Caron, Rob Kearney, Matjaz Belsak, and 2019 champion and reigning World’s Strongest Man, Martins Licis. Among the challenges on the docket this year are the 400 LB Farmer’s Walk, 775 LB Deadlift for Reps (w/ Rogue Power Bar), 380 LB Slater Log Clean & Press, and two events featuring Rogue’s Strongman Sandbags: the Throw Over Bar (ascending weight) and Sandbag Load (3 bags carried 30’ each).
The overall winner of the event will earn a spot at the 2020 Arnold Strongman Classic, held March 6-7 in Columbus, Ohio. Other entertainment on the pier will include a “World’s Strongest Firefighter” competition for charity as well as various celebrity appearances.
