In this video, I have a super duper quick meal prep recipe. I say it would definitely take less than 1 hour to make, just make sure you are quick in multitasking ?
This meal prep does not include breakfast, so only lunch and dinner. Each recipe also makes about 4 servings.
Recipe 1: Chicken fried rice
-20oz of frozen chicken/16 oz of uncooked chicken
-1 bag of Trader Joe’s frozen vegetable fried rice
-1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
-1 TBSP of low sodium soy sauce
-1/2 TBSP of oyster sauce
-1 tsp of minced garlic
-1 TBSP of olive oil
Recipe 2: Spaghetti and meatballs
-8 oz of dry whole wheat spaghetti
-1 bag of Trader Joe’s meatless meat balls or meatballs of choice
-2 Tomatoes
-1/2 onion
-1 tsp of minced garlic
