WORKOUT:
1. Squat shifts: 4 x 16 (total reps)
2. Medicine ball slams on stability ball: 3 x 10 (total reps)
3. Asymmetric standing leg lifts: 4 x 10 (total reps on each side)
4. Lunge box jumps: 3 x 10 reps (per side)
5. Stability ball single leg pike: 3 x 5 reps (per side)
6. Front to back support swings: 4 x 16 (total reps)
