Weight Loss Tips – Beginner and Advanced Quick Home Workout! If you’re struggling with your exercise plan to lose weight – don’t worry. Here’s a 30 day program you can do right in your own home with no equipment. This is perfect for beginners who are just trying to get some momentum going.
The key is to warm up for 3-5 minutes first. Do some full body stretches, light cardio (jumping jacks, squats, walking in place). There are two workouts in this video. The first one is for beginners who are trying to lose weight. The second one is for intermediates who need a routine to do at home when they can’t get to the gym and only have 10 minutes or so.
The weight loss tips are easy to follow and can be done 2-3 times a week. Once the workout routine becomes easier, watch for my next video to bump up the intensity a bit. This is a 30 day routine. If you want to do other exercise in addition to this routine, that’s fine. Just don’t overdo it. Stay focused, stay consistent.
