Follow this 15 min HIIT workout:
A1: 100 Meter Sprint (if not on a track just sprint for approx 20 seconds, on a treadmill go for 0.25 of a mile)
Rest: 20 sec
A2: Bleacher Sprint (run up a stairs or sub with high knee run in place for 20 sec)
Rest 20 sec
A3: Jump Rope 20 sec (challenge yourself to do double-unders if possible or simply jump in place if no jump rope)
Rest 20 sec
A4: Bleacher Jump 20 sec (or box jump or jump squat)
Rest 20 sec
Repeat the circuit A1 to A4 for 4 total rounds. This should take you about 15 minutes. If you don’t have access to a track then improvise and do it at home or anywhere using exercise sub suggestions above.
