~ INGREDIENTS:
Smoked Sausage, Olive Bruschretta, Bacon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Shredded Cheese, Eggs, Garlic Cloves, Butter, Onion, Tomato, Green pepper, Potatoes, Quaker Grits, Chicken Broth (personalized seasons to taste).

~ DIRECTIONS: (Here are my moms words verbatim ?)
Omelet Frittata !!! Everything is about flavor. We eat different over here? U can add anything u want. Lov mines wit Grits on side?.

1. Dice ur bacon and sausage in cubes Fry the bacon.
2. Chop all ur fresh Veges in fine dice so they cook quicker. Remove bacon, add veges once begin 2 soften, then add sausage. Fry this until sausage shows crisp edges.
3. Whisk ur eggs, milk and cheese. And salt and pepper along the way to each step except bacon?
4. Once all items are cooked add bacon back into ur pan. Pour beaten egg mixture Spread evenly.
5. Place in 400 degree oven for 20 mins
6. Cut in pizza form

Grits:
1. Boil 1 cup chicken broth & 1 and half cup water.
2. Add 1 tsp chicken seasoning, butter salt pepper. Burner on low
3. Stir occasionally For about 20 or until softened
