9min Home Total UPPER BODY Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY!!). Are you looking to build a bigger and stronger upper body from the comfort of your own home with only a pair of dumbbells? Look no further! In today’s workout we’ll be hitting out Chest, Upper Back, Traps, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps and Forearms with a pair of dumbbells! For reference, I’ll personally be using a pair of 25lb dumbbells to complete the routine. Good luck and let me know how many rounds you can complete! (Aim for 2-3 rounds if you want to maximize the effects of the workout!)
