60 MINUTE TOTAL BODY POWER HOUR | Hard Workout | Tracy Steen

60 MINUTE TOTAL BODY POWER HOUR – This is a hard workout, no doubt! Anytime you have to sustain an exercise for 1 minute, it can get gruelling. That said, this type of workout will certainly help you build lean muscle and burn body fat! This total body workout lasts an hour, so let’s get started with a warm up and move daily.

Format: 1 minute upper body, 1 minute lower body, 1 minute cardio, 1 minute abs
You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench or something to lean on

Circuit 1:
L: Deadlift front lunge
U: Variable surface pushup
C: Bear jack donkey kick
A: Powell raise

Circuit 2:
L: Heels elevated front squat
U: Single, double arnold
C: Burpee sit thru
A: Crunch in, kick out

Circuit 3:
L: Pendulum swing
U: 1 Arm row to hammer curl
C: Criss cross frog squat
A: Scorpion get up

Circuit 4:
L: Side lunge twist
U: Circle chest press
C: Diagonal squat jump
A: Plank dumbbell pull
