60 MINUTE POWER HOUR | Total Body Workout | Burn 600 Calories!

60 MINUTE POWER HOUR -Woot! We are bringing back the Power Hour! I haven’t done one of these in a few months, and to be honest, I know how much work they are and I was a little intimidated going in! The one minute circuits make it a challenge, but trust me…you can do it! Pause the video if you need, but stick with it. This total body workout will have you feeling amazing by the end!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench or chair

Format: 1 minute work/15 sec rest
Upper body, lower body, cardio, ab exercises. 3x each circuit.

Workout:
Circuit 1:
Pendulum swing
Tricep chest press to shallow extension
2 skaters, 4 skiers
Plank jack with leg hold
x3

Curtsy lunge high kick
Kneeling crush press
Cross in front jack
Oblique crunch
x3

Heels elevated 3 pulse squat
Bentover row to hammer curl
Jumping jack press
Weighted full sit up
x3

Narrow to wide sit squats
Lateral to high front raise
2 jabs, 2 jacks
V sit leg circles
x3
