Quick 6-Minute 6 Pack Superset
2 moves using just a 10lbs Med Ball @dynamaxusa
Set the clock for 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest and cycle through the following:
Double Knee Strikes
Ball Elevated Mt.Climbers
That’s one cycle – complete 3 total cycles for 6 total minutes of work. Just a quick little burner to get those abs some direct love ❤️ and mix up your trunk training.
