First, a quick introduction: I am a huge fan of fitness equipment. I’ve invested in a lot of items over the years: treadmills, fitness poles, weight systems, free weights, crunch machines, resistance bands, fitness programs, and more. I admit, the price of this unit concerned me at first, but let me tell you. It’s worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY! If you want a quality machine that delivers results, then buy your own Shaper Pro today!

Notice I skipped the “5 Minutes” bit in the product title. I recommend using this machine for 15 minutes a day. I also think this is more than just an ab shaper… it’s an ab obliterator… It will shred your abs (I say this in the most loving and respectable way possible). I LOVE the “burn” you feel and waking up the next morning with core tightness and achiness makes me happy. I especially feel this products effectiveness sin my lower abs, which are nowhere near as activated with traditional crunches on the floor alone. If you don’t feel anything after using this machine, you’re not doing it right. I subscribe to the “No pain, no gain” mentality and can’t wait to see the gains this machine will no doubt deliver. Right now, I’m struggling on the hardest setting and I’m already devising ways to make it even harder in the future the introduction of ankle weights, securing the back beam on a platform for higher incline, etc. This machine will adapt with you!

Additional product features I love: the built in unit crunch counter, timer, caloric burn count, and heart rate tracker. I also love the compact design. I put this in front of my TV and crank out a few sets during my favorite programs. The easy to adjust pin is neat too, I love the swivel shape feature for targeting your obliques, which is a weak spot for me! Assembly was easy, I love the color, and the foam padding feels like they used quality material, as well they should for a $200 machine.

All in all, I am beyond thrilled to have this product to help me get ready for Summer!
