Hey Everyone!

My Name Is Dave, I am a personal trainer, fitness coach, health coach from London UK, currently travelling in Asia. I have been traveling for 3 years now and have a lot of experience with taking food on board planes , trains , cars , preparing snacks with minimal utensils or equipment and getting last minute food from convenience stores when I travel or am on the go. When working in London, short on time, busy etc I would also stop in at Tesco Express or other convenience stores and pick up food to take with me.

You can make healthy food from very little ingredients with no equipment if you need to.

In this video I am going through my top travel recipes … All of these are vegan / plant based / vegetarian friendly. All of them use whole food / plant based ingredients you can get from pretty much any convenience store, supermarket, grocer or even elsewhere. All of them require minimal time, are super straight forward / easy, very cheap and don’t require a proper kitchen either. You can make these whilst traveling anywhere.
