5 DAY HARD DRY FAST EXPERIENCE (14.6 POUNDS LOST) | SNAKE DIET

Ever thought about doing a hard dry fast? Well here is my experience of my first 5 day hard dry fast. While I completed this for health purposes, I lost 14.6 pounds in 5 days!

Don’t do this fast unless you are an experienced faster and are looking to cure health any health issues. If you are looking to lose a bunch of weight, I suggest doing a snake juice fast instead because you can fast longer, still lose lots of weight while still living your life.

The following was completed to prepare my body for the 5 day hard dry fast.
* One month before dry fast: Daily 22 hour dry fasts, one meal a day (lots of veggies, moderate carbs and protein) and daily weight training (if you aren’t training, cut out the carbs)
* Before starting dry fast: Drank 1L of water with 1tsp of baking soda, then fed on 6 cups of watermelon

During the fast I relaxed as much as possible but kept my brain engaged so I wouldn’t get bored and think about water.

When I ate again after the 5 days was over, I did the following:
* Drank 1L of water with 1tsp of baking soda very slowly. I took very small sips over a 2-3 hour time period. Make sure to keep the drink cold. It tastes weird if it gets to room temperature.
* Drank 500mL of coconut water very slowly over a 2 hour period (drink more if you want, I just drank this much).
* Once I felt better, I ate some watermelon very slowly.
* At dinner time, I made an organic low carb vegetable soup in a crock pot and didn’t make it too spicy. I also ate a chicken thigh (lightly seasoned) to get in some protein. I took my time eating my meal.
* The reason I drank the liquids very slow is because I was waking up my system again and I also didn’t want to balloon up by retaining a bunch of water.

The rest of the day I took it very easy because my body was so weak. It took a couple days for my body to get back to normal, and I went back to the gym 3 days later but working at a very slow pace lifting very light weights.

I gained back 5 pounds in water weight which is normal.
