Chia Seeds with Oats Milk and cocoa
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Oats Milk ( recipe link :-
1/2 tsp Cacao Powder
Some chopped walnuts
Some chopped black currant ( or raisins)
1/2 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp semi/unsweetened Choco Chips
Method:-
Mix cacao Powder in Oats milk
In a cup/glass add 1 tbsp Chia seeds, pour the Oat Milk & cacao mixture on top and mix well
Add the nuts, seeds and Choco Chips
Leave for minimum 30 minutes to overnight ( if overnight keep in fridge)
Enjoy as breakfast or in between meals
Chia Seeds with Oats Buttermilk and pomegranate
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Oats Buttermilk ( Recipe link:-
1 tsp Pomegranate jam ( heat pulp and add maple syrup)
3-4 tsp pomegranate seeds
1 tsp roasted Flax Seeds powder
( nuts of your choice)
Method :-
Mix pomegranate jam to Oats Buttermilk
In a cup/ glass add 1 tbsp Chia seeds on top add the Oats Buttermilk mixture and mix well
Add Fresh pomegranate seeds, flax seeds powder and nuts of your choice
Leave for minimum 30 minutes to overnight ( if overnight keep in fridge)
Enjoy as breakfast or in between meals
Chia Seeds with orange juice
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup orange juice
Method:- simply add 1 tbsp Chia seeds in a cup/ glass and pour the orange juice on top and mix well.
Leave for 30 minutes in fridge and enjoy your drink.
Chia Seeds with lemon and ginger juice
Ingredients:-
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup water
1/2 tsp Ginger juice
1/2-1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Method :-
add 1 tbsp in a cup/ glass and pour the water on top and mix well
Add ginger juice, lime juice and honey
Leave for minimum 30 minutes to 4 hours
