3 Health & Fitness Tips I Learned In 2019

These are my best 3 tips to losing weight and getting results I learned or improved on in 2019 and allowed me to get shredded and stay this way so far 7 months in. No yo yo, no ups and downs, no start/stop/restart, etc.

Just steady consistent results.

1. Setting up an approach that is sustainable over time. This is the absolute key to real long lasting results. If you’re tired of starting and stopping then this is what you’ll want to watch

2. Weights vs Cardio. While both are important each has it’s own place. Together they can really help you shed body fat and keep/build lean muscle. I’ll explain the difference and what I have discovered. You could do just one or the other but I’ll share my thoughts on that.

3. Calories in vs calories out. At the end of the day its not about macros, vegan, paleo, carnivore, keto, low/no carb, etc. The nutrition path you take is more about the nutritional aspect of how you feed your body. But you can get fat on any of those. You can also get shredded on any of those. What matters more than anything is, on average, how much energy you consume vs. how much energy you spend. That’s it. It’s really that simple. It’s not that easy but it is that simple.

I hope these tips that I have been putting to work in my own life help you in yours. I have spent so many years doing things wrong that I finally was able to do things right and get the results I have. Everyone that has seen me over the years knows I am in a place I have never been before. That’s because of exactly what I am saying here in this video.

The rest is just discipline to put it to work on a consistent basis. That’s what I am here to help you do.
