20 MINUTE AT HOME TABATA WORKOUT #15 | NO EQUIPMENT | STAY FIT OVER 50 AND BEYOND

In this 20 MINUTE AT HOME TABATA WORKOUT video, you will be doing four body weight exercises as fast as possible with good form. You will be doing the exercises “Tabata” style meaning that you will perform each exercise as fast as possible for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest period, for 4 minutes. Since you will be using body weight in this home tabata workout, no equipment is required so you can do it anywhere you can bring your phone. Even though the video is less than 6 minutes long, it is a 20 minute workout. All you have to do is rewind to the time stamp on the video, take a sip of water, and go again. Repeat for a total of 4 sets. The four exercises;
CRAB KICKS
JUMPING JACKS
BURPEES
SKI STEPS
are total body exercises, difficult enough to challenge the veteran exerciser yet easy enough to learn to make this the perfect Tabata workout for beginners. I have used this type of workout 3 x a week, resistance training 3 x a week, and the 2 Meal A Day plan to attain and maintain 9-11% body fat at the age of 59! ENJOY!
