10 Minute Beginner Flexibility Training: Get Flexible At Home!

This 10 minute beginner flexibility training can help you to get flexible at home! The beginner stretching exercises are going to help you develope the flexibility you always wanted.

Please read the ‘warning’ at the bottom of this page and the ‘how to use it’ for a safe training!

How to use it:
– Each exercise should be performed for 3 sets of 20 seconds or 4 sets of 15 seconds. You simply hold the final position of each exercise for that given time.
– Alternating between the left and right leg have been calculated in the time. Hence, you should hold the given amount of time for both left and right leg if you see that in the video.
– Warm up for a safe start and better flexibility.
– You can perform these exercises daily and probably 2 or 3 times a day as well.
– If you feel soreness due to the stretching you should take a break from this training until the pain or soreness goes away.
– Stretching should NEVER hurt. It is uncomfortable, but it should never cause pain!
