10 MINUTE ABS AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT – Gymnastics and Fitness Workouts

A 10 minute stomach and shoulders workout routine, starting with handstand push ups against the wall (all the way down touching your head) and then followed by leg lifts (holding onto the pommel support). Next is small range of motion (and quicker) handstand push ups followed by small leg lifts on the floor. Next is a 1 minute handstand hold on the wall followed by a 1 minute hollow hold. On the Total Gym are 3 shoulder exercises (straight arm giant movement, inverted cross press outs, handstand push ups) followed by a twisting movement on the floor for stomach (penguins, cherry pickers, windshield wipers). If you don’t have a Total Gym, you can substitute those 3 sets by repeating the 3 sets of handstand work against the wall. Thanks for watching.
