Hi friends! I hope you enjoy this workout of all the different exercises you can do with 1 single piece of equipment! A moderate or heavy-ish kettlebell!

There are some movements, like isolated upper body movements that I could not do, so the video is a limited list, but, we do provide more ideas for you in the list below:
