In this video, I have shared a healthy Recipe. ULUNDHU CHOORU

This dish is packed with nutrients and healthy properties. Its good for women’s health and contains high proteins. Simple and delicious recipe.. Do Give a try!!

Ingredients:
==========
Black Urud dhal – 1 cup
Rice – 1 cup
Coconut – 1/2 shell
Garlic – 8 – 9
Dried Ginger – 2 tbspn
Salt- req amount
Water – 4 1/2 cups

Method:
=======
1. Fry black urud dhal in a pan without oil. Til it turns golden brown.
2. In a pressure cooker, Put rice (washed). Add urud dhal. Pour Water.
3. Add coconut (Raw), Garlic, dried Ginger.
4. Now, add roasted fenugreek seeds. You can also add unroasted fenugreek seeds.
5. Add salt and mix well. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

====Over. Recipe is ready to serve.=====
It goes delicious with Egg aviyal, Jaggery, Boiled eggs.
