RECIPES:
Breakfast:
1 cup of oats
Water to cover oats and cook until combined
A scoop of women best protein powder
add 1 tsp peanut butter and Nutella
Topping of choice
LUNCH:
Fajita pack follow instructions
For veggies I used 3 peppers, 1 onion
Prawns
This makes enough for 4 people!
Avocado, 2 whole ones
Fresh chilly
Garlic 3 gloves
Olive oil
Season with salt pepper and garlic salt
Lemon juice,
Mix well until combined
DINNER:
1 courgette
1 red pepper
Sugarsnap peas
Corn
Add olive oil to pan cook all veggies together for 6 mins
Add the green thia paste, 6 tsp I personally used
Coconut milk 400ml
Mix well in pan, add cod 2 fillets in chunks
Cook in a low heat for 10 mins
I added white rice
