1. Ginger tea ? & Sea Moss
2. Oatmeal with hempseed & Ripple milk ( pea milk)
3. Wild rice, black lentils, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & plantains
4. Sunflower butter with whole grain bread, strawberries and bananas
5. Black lentils, red beans, pumpkin and lettuce

Bodyweight Workout for Size and Strength

Warm up
10 Scapula pulls (3x)
10 Squaut, 10 Lunges
and 10 Jump squats (3x)

1. Superset5 Muscle ups With 5 Handstand Push ups (Repeat 4-5x )
2. Superset One arm holds ( each arm ) with 10 tiger bend push ups (Repeat 4-5x )
3. Superset 6 L-sit Archer Pull ups with 10 Archer Push ups ( Repeat 4-5x )
4. Superset, 10 Ring Dips, 10 L-Sit Pull ups (Repeat 4-5x)
