It´s time for a new WHAT I EAT IN A DAY !! :-)) I know those are your favourites☺️
This day of food started at 2pm for me as I still love to practise intermittent fasting and leave between 14-18h from dinner to breakfast depending on the day. Some days I wake up hungry and have a big breakfast and on other days I go to the gym first and have a later brunch or lunch. Every day varies. ;-))
Have you guys been incorporating intermittent fasting into your diet? Would love to hear how you like it? I personally get a lot more done in the morning and am more concentrated and efficient. Having a productive morning routine is the key for me to being successful in what I do and I feel like it changes the outcome of my whole day. :-))
I was working mostly from home that day and thought it´s a good time to show you what I make myself when I can prepare everything myself. 🙂 Since the weather is getting warmer, I love making more Smoothie bowls and really enjoy eating raw until dinner. I actually have been eating raw during the day for the last 5 years and LOVE IT SO MUCH! Do you ever feel like you need a nap after lunch? That typically doesn’t happen when you have a healthy raw vegan meal as your body needs a lot less energy to digest it. :-)) My ebook also contains a RAW TILL DINNER example meal plan☺️.
