Overnight Oat & Chia Pudding Recipe

Combine all ingredients are refrigerate overnight:
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond is great)
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp vanilla (optional, but really good!)

Can also add 1 tbsp of nut butter (cashew, almond…) or frozen fruit

Toppings
– Berries
– Nuts
– Hemp seeds
– … or whatever else you like 🙂
