Many of you asked us what did we eat during our body transformation so here is what we did and some thing we tried in order to lose weight or gain muscle. (Full Description bellow)

During our body transformations we changed our diet step by step. We started training hard every day, and learned what our body needed to recover from the hard workouts in order to reach our goals.
We learned how to eat healthier but enjoying every meal we cooked.
That’s important to keep being motivated, enjoying what you eat, not be deprived. At first we made mistakes, but now we trying some things we know what’s best for our body. Depending on what our goals were, we learned the importance of proteins and calories in order to determine our weight or muscle mass.
We tried ways to eat smart and make the most of our food.
