WEEKLY VLOG | THE EASIEST PANCAKE RECIPE, DAILY MORNING YOGA ROUTINE + DANCER MUSCLE SORENESS

4-INGREDIENT PANCAKES RECIPE . . .

1 cup oats
1 banana
240ml liquid (I used half almond milk + half water)
Cinnamon to taste

Blend all of the above ingredients in a blender until a smooth batter is formed.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan.
Lower to a medium-low heat + pour in the batter fitting a few pancakes in at a time.
Cook until there are bubbles over the surface, the rims are matt + they become mobile.
Flip + cook for a few more minutes on the other side.

I made 6-7 pancakes roughly 8cm diameter, just in case that helps!

BERRY SAUCE RECIPE . . .

Blend the remaining batter from the pancakes with roughly 1/4 cup frozen berries of choice plus some extra liquid if needed.
