Welcome to WEEK 1 of the 12-WEEK VLOG SERIES! I am currently in a fitness competition with my husband, Ryan and our best friend, Pheng to see who can get the best abs and be the most shredded by December 31st. Yup, straight through the holidays! We all have decided to live together for the next year and thought what better way to challenge ourselves than to put our grit to the test. We will be documenting all 12 weeks until the competition is over. We will be putting our pictures up on an anonymous website and have the internet vote on who will win the whopping cash prize of $150 (Each person threw in $50 😉 ), a fitness trophy with their name engraved on it and bragging rights for all eternity!
