Hey guys back with an AWESOME video for you all HIGHLY requested video people always ask me “SCOTT WHAT DO YOU EAT IN A DAY AS A VEGAN”
Well I had to share this video with you all on my daily regiment I do switch up from to time but this is what I do!

MORNING: half a gallon of water, with a seamoss shake
LUNCH: Salad from sweet green: wild rice, kale, cucumbers, avocado, mushrooms
dinner: Chickpeas, avocado, bokchoy , spelt pasta
late snack: some Walnuts, brazil nuts or peanut butter with spelt bread!
