1.Go to the top bar
2.Next to the equals sign type in SUM
3.Open brackets
4.Click the first square to be added
5.Keep the left mouse down and drag down to the last square to be added
6.Close brackets
7.Hit enter on your keyboard/keypad
8.the sum total of the selected squares is added up automatically
…you can add extra items and the sum will change
do the same thing for the drinks column
Create a totals box
type in the total box an equals sign
click 1st box to be added
type in the plus sign
click 2nd box to be added
hit enter.
*NB no brackets or SUM this time
Vegan Omad Meal
Toasted bagels with spinach, baby beetroot, pickled r.cabbage. sliced celery, Marmite, pickled cabbage and tomato soup
1st course: approx. 1000 calories
bagels were gluten free
whole meal was vegan.

Chopped red cabbage, raw
sprinkle salt (optional)
Plenty vinegar
Leave to soak
Steamed cauliflower

NB
* choose low salt/low sugar chopped tomatoes
* choose organic coconut milk
*bagels have a salt content
*No fats or oils (no spread on the bagels)
1 x carton Papa Alfredo Chopped Tomatoes (tasty but watch the salt content if you have high blood pressure)
1 x tin Amore Premium Chopped Tomatoes (tasty, again watch the salt)
½ tin Full Moon Coconut Milk
Add black pepper. Just a pinch
Add 1 tspoon coconut sugar (optional)
Stir
Eat hot or cold. Just warm it, don’t boil.
Pour into your favourite soup mug and its ready to drink.
