Vegan High Protein Pudding – Coffee Flavor – Vegan Fitness Recipe

In this video you will learn a super easy 5-ingredient high protein pudding – coffee flavor.

Macros per serving (without toppings):
Kcal: 357
Protein: 57 g
Carbs: 15 g
Fat: 7 g

Ingredients:
1 cup plant-based milk of choice
1 shot espresso
A big pinch of salt
2.5 tbsp vanilla vegan protein powder
1 tsp agar-agar
1 tbsp puffed soy (optional)

(Optional Toppings:
1 tbsp Berries
1 tsp coconut flakes

Serves – 1
Difficulty – Very Easy
Cooking Time – 5 minutes (+4 hours rest time )

Instructions:
1. Mix everything except puffed soy in a pot and bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes.
2. Take off the stove, add the puffed soy and let it cool down to firm up in the fridge (minimum 4 hours).
3. Top with your desired toppings such as strawberries, blueberries or granola.
