Vegan High Protein Meals | Over 100g In A Day

I wanted to show you guys how easy it is to eater over 100g of protein on a vegan diet. I used protein powder to do that, but it can also very easily be achieved without protein powder, I just really like salted caramel okay!?

high protein vegan salted caramel milkshake recipe:
5 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of PB2 powder
1 scoop of salted caramel flavored protein powder
1 handful of spinach
1 cup of soy milk
1-2 tablespoons of flax seeds
57.6g of protein if you drink the whole thing…which I usually do ?

I don’t think you need the recipes for a Clif bar (actually I could use that recipe) quinoa, lentils and salsa or a salad, but dang try that milkshake recipe if you get that flavor of protein powder!
