Today’s video is a sequel video to one of my most popular uploads till date. When I released my previous video for vegetarians, the general feedback was to make a video on specific vegetarian food sources that help in building lean muscle mass. So today’s video is less about the SCIENCE of vegetarian bodybuilding and more about my favourite topic – FOOD. Though I do recommend you watch my previous video for vegetarians, here

In this video, I’ll cover basic PROTEIN RICH vegetarian food sources. Since BeerBiceps is an India-specific channel, I will only talk about the BEST vegetarian food EASILY AVAILABLE IN INDIA. I’ve also broken down the exact protein content of vegetarian protein sources along with mentioning all the precautions you need to take while having these foods.

I assure you, if you’re a vegetarian, this is your one stop shop for all the possible information you need about putting on lean muscle. And ladies, I know the title says “bodybuilding” so a bunch of you are put off already. By bodybuilding, I mean building the tiniest amount of lean muscle mass. Not the sport of bodybuilding. THIS IS A GENERAL FITNESS CHANNEL, meant for the average Indian. I urge all my vegetarian friends to watch this video TILL the end. As I’ve mentioned in the video, most vegetarians in India don’t even know that they arent consuming enough protein. We’ve grown up in a country where a simple bowl of dal is thought of as having enough protein. But time’s are changing. The one thing I learnt through all the health problems I faced personally, was that a diet high in protein leads to much better overall health than you can even imagine. I have witnessed a change in MY OWN BODY, through my own eyes. I know where I was and where my high protein diet has got me.
