Have you ever wondered what the diet the Victoria’s Secret models follow? Or how the angels train to get ready for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show?
This diet is based on the detox pre-show diet here:
This vlogs purpose is to show you the extremes that some victoria’s secret models go to to get their bodies runway ready for the victorias secret fashion show.
I think the models are very healthy and do eat a balanced diet 90% of the year. However, leading up to the show they definitely will focus on tweaking their diets so they look more toned and lean on the runway. They also increase their exercise. You definitely need to feel confident, fit and strong on that runway, so who can blame them for wanting to look their best?
What I wanted to highlight is that this is their JOB. It’s also their body type to be 5’11 and have long, lean muscles. Are their bodies beautiful? YES!
However 99% of women do not have that body type. Are those bodies just as beautiful? YES THEY ARE! So I just want to say that I truly believe that healthy is beautiful and no one should compare themselves to supermodels or let the show make them feel bad about themselves or insecure.
Always rock that body you have. Eat and exercise in a way that makes YOU feel amazing. That’s the key to body love and long term health and happiness.
Thank you for watching me try to train and diet like a Victorias Secret Model. I had so much fun trying to train like an angel, but the diet was definitely really hard.
