i tried the victoria’s secret model diet for a week! well, 4-5 days lol. and this is what happened! i’m shook lol.
highest weight: 179
weight when starting health journey in feb 2019: 166
weight i started at before following the VS angel diet: 136.1
weight i am now: 134.4
FINAL WEIGH IN ON SUNDAY MORNING: 133.4! 5 days total.
even though its only about 2 pounds lost, i was stuck at 135-136 for MONTHS. i’m so happy!
i broke through my weight loss plateau you guys!! finally. while following the model diets for a few days i got to my lowest weight i’ve ever been at since starting my health journey back in february! i’m going to start incorporating these foods into my everyday life and i love it. who else’s diet should i follow?
