A triceps workout starting with some exercises done on either the beam or pommel horse, followed by a dip exercise (with the feet higher than hands, and body more hollow/straighter). Next are diamond/close grip push ups and a victorian slide out exercise (demonstrated by Chris). On the Total Gym there is another victorian type exercise and also tricep push downs. And last is a barbell and dumbbell overhead tricep extension. Thanks for watching.
