Training & Muscle Building Diet Tips | Full Day of Eating Vlog

Fitness vlog covering tips on creating a healthy relationship with food and my full day of eating during my bulk, including frankies and benny’s.

I show many examples of people that have messaged me that have been suffering from a poor relation with food to the point of damaging their body by severely under eating such as 6ft+ men eating as low as 900 calories a day with two training sessions a day simply to try and lose fat faster. Sometimes you need to step back and realise, faster is not always better or safer to do. In health and fitness it is typically better to adopt the slow and steady wins the race mindset, as improving your daily diet and habits is a gradual process and may take you time to perfect and find a good healthy balance.

If you find yourself constantly skipping meals, events and undereating… please seek advice and look into improving this mental state as it can really affect you down the line, I’ve been told many horror stories and hope you guys never suffer the same fate!
