New to STRENGTH TRAINING? This is the BEGINNER-FRIENDLY muscle shaping workout you need – grab your DUMBBELLS and let’s get strong! This exercise video is straightforward and simple, with plenty of verbal explanation to guide you through a thorough and effective SUPERSET workout that will sculpt and tone your shoulders, arms, abs, legs and butt.

This is all strength, no cardio

Who can do this workout safely and well:
Pretty much anybody! You can do this one unweighted if you’re brand new to exercising, or go big with your heaviest dumbbells if you’ve been at this for a while.

Calories Burned:
Approximately 100 – 150 calories (this number depends on your weight and intensity), because this is strength work, and the real magic is in the afterburn and the lean muscle you’ve built, not the calories you burn during the workout.

WARM UP (untimed and uncounted, approximately three minutes):
Big Arm Side Shuffles
Arm Circles
Arm Crossers

MAIN WORKOUT (complete 12 reps of each exercise; complete each pair twice in a row before moving on to the next pair):
Press Ups + Delt Raises
X Marks the Spot + Standing Side Crunches
Split Squats + Goblet Squats

FINISHER (complete 20):
Overhead Curtsy Lunge with a Twist
