Back with bit of a different style of vid going through a full day of eating or a full day in the life eating my first ever meal plan that I got when first getting into lifting etc.

Correct, I was cleaning my room the other day & stumbled across a folder full of all my old gym stats & in it, was my first ever meal plan that I got that in a way ruined my life. Nagh not really & I guess that can just make for a good title but this meal plan did actually result in quite a poor few months (~3-6) of my life whereby it caused me to lose a LOT OF WEIGHT & muscle (not that I really had any anyway) FAST along with having me develop quite a poor relationship with food & training at a young age while also significantly affecting my social life as, at the time I was following the diet plan, I was in my last 2 years of school preparing for my final exams…… not ideal lol

Anyway, not to get overly dramatic, I thought that it would be interesting to, now that I’m fully educated, go back & relive a full day in the life or full day of eating the exact meal plan & go through it for you all to bring awareness of just how much bad information there was (& still is) out there. Hopefully this also somewhat explains why I pursued a “career” in fitness, diet & training as, after that period, I wanted to make it a priority to learn about everything there is to know about fitness, diet & training which is BACKED by research so that I could help others not fall into the same trap as I did.

Anyway, the meal plan at the time was formulated by one of if not the most reputable bodybuilding or fitness coaches in my area with years of diet & training experience & was supposed to be tailored to building muscle whereas it resulted in the complete opposite & left me in possibly the worst state I’ve been in in my life, lethargic, skinny, weak, demotivated etc all while being in school.

As you’ll see, there were some very alarming notes & rules of the meal plan which, as we know now from the literature, are insane & hence I thought it would be interesting to go a full day in the life & a full day of eating it for you all in what was a bit more of a vlog to show you what NOT to get yourself into & to hopefully make you aware of some key warning signs of poor practices if you are currently looking to lose weight, build muscle or follow a meal plan by Mr/Mrs x?

Anyway, I’ll let the full day of eating do the rest of the talking but hopefully it helps bring to light the importance of questioning & self-educating yourself about proper evidence based fitness, diet & training techniques as otherwise you may fall into the same trap as I did back then.

I know it’s no cheat day but this is quite a personal video which I wasn’t too sure if I should have uploaded but the message is so important that I thought it would be silly bot to so show support &
