If traditional lower body moves like squats and lunges don’t work for your knees, check out these alternative, knee-friendly exercises. During this 10-minute workout video I’ll show you some of my favorite ways to effectively work your legs without a single squat or lunge.

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Equipment: None (You’ll need access to a wall)

Intensity: Moderate
