If you’re looking for a quick glute workout you can get done on your busy days, this is your workout. I made this simple video to show you a glute workout in a circuit format that you can do at the gym.

20 Minute Glute Workout Breakdown:
Warm up minutes 1-5 on the treadmill.
Min 1 7.0mph
Min 2 7.2mph
Min 3 7.4mph
Min 4 7.6mpb

“The Circuit”
select a weight you can do for 20 reps
Leg Press x20
Split Jumps x20
Deadlifts x20
Single Leg Squat Hops x15 (each leg)
2 min incline walk on treadmill 15% incline 4mph (don’t hold on!)
REPEAT THE CIRCUIT ONE MORE TIME!
