You can’t stay motivated all the time! And that’s just normal. Sometimes we look to external sources for that drive to push through tough training days like social media memes, YouTube videos like this one, famous athletes etc. but the best way to keep your head in the game is to find like-minded people who share your passion and goals.
In today’s video I’m working out with a long time client and good friend Tim. Our common ground is the love for RKC Kettlebell systems and their benefit for all things health and fitness. After spending some time on his technique now we both get our workouts in together twice a week when schedule allows.
There are tons of great benefits that come from doing kettlebell exercises. Kettlebells are known to improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also melting fat and sculpting lean muscles. Because a kettlebell has an off-set center of gravity, it is harder so any kettlebell exercises are going to require strict and controlled form and body mechanics.
