If you ask yourself why do I keep doing the same exercises, my simple answer is because they work for me. If you find at least 8 exercises to do daily or 3 times a week, you will see your body change no matter what. Don’t go too crazy on trying all exercises on YouTube. Use compound exercises like Push up which work for multiple muscle groups at the same time. Squats are another great exercise to do. I just want you to know that any exercise you do, your body benefits from them. STAYFIT!
