Stuffed Bombay Duck | How To Make Stuffed Bombil | Fish Recipe | Indian Culinary League | Varun

Ingredients:-
6 large Bombay ducks (cleaned, deboned and flattened)
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ cup Rice Flour
½ cup Semolina
Oil for frying

For the filling:-
300 gms. Tiny Prawns
2 large Onions, chopped
2 Green Chillies, crushed
1 tbsp. Garlic crushed
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Chilli Powder
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 tbsp. Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp. Oil
Salt, as required 

Method:-
– In a wok heat oil and add onions and stir fry on high flame.
– Now add crushed garlic and green chilies to it. Cook until the raw smell goes away.
– Then add the prawns, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Turn the flame off and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
– Marinate the Bombay Ducks with turmeric powder and lemon juice.
– Assemble as shown in the video.
– Make a mixture of rice flour and semolina and coat the stuffed bombay ducks with it.
– In a pan heat oil and fry them seam side down, as shown in the video.

Stuffed Bombil is ready to eat!
