Coach Noss is back in action! This week, he’s keeping us moving while on the road with professional plyometric and core work exercises! Coach loves using these routines with his guys, and is bringing them to his loyal Amino Vital fans. Are you ready? For these workouts, you’ll need access to a cable weight machine, a mat and free weights.

Coach starts out with a wide grip pull-down on a bench, then introduces the single arm chest press, curl grip pull-downs and gill crunches on a mat. To add variety, Coach throws in speed split squads to build endurance and advanced core movements he developed for his players, including the single leg cable crunch. Next, Coach keeps us moving with side-to-side jumps and suggests repeating the entire routine, this time picking out a weight and doing 10 repetitions. We hope you’re not ready to quit yet! Coach continues the workout with transverse jumps, oblique cable throw, and finishes the workout with front-to-back jumps.
